Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf

I am a lecturer in music theory at the Institute of Musicology of the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, one of five music universities situated in the German federal state of North Rhine Westphalia. From 2018, I have been teaching a number of courses and seminars in the Bachelor of Musicology Minor program, such as basic elements of composition, musical form, keyboard practice, and propaedeutics of music theory.

Humboldt University of Berlin

I am an adjunct lecturer in music theory at the Faculty of Humanities, Department of Musicology and Media, since 2014. Courses taught on a regular basis are a Renaissance counterpoint class and two ear training classes.

Since 2010 I have also lectured at various other universities, teaching individual students and classes of various programmes and departments, such as performance majors, music education, sound engineering, and music theory. The subjects were: historical composition, ear training, analysis, aural analysis, and keyboard practice. I have also offered a seminar in music and media.
